New in-built background generator

Now the tool have a standalone, in-built, background generator, to create both starfields and nebula backgrounds.

Here is an example of how look the planet with his new background

The generator have a custom palette for both nebulas and starfields, as well different pattern of shapes of the start to choose from.

The tool support also animation for both nebulas (soft pulsing) and stars (blinking), exportable as tileset with custom frames number
